I would like to take this opportunity to share our experience with Reliable Home Care. RHC worked with our family during a very difficult time. Our grandmother was at the end of her life (102 years old). RHC and her staff provided a great service to our family for a period of 5 months. We used Reliable Home Care 2 days a week to help our 77-year-old Aunt with Parkinson’s and grandmother with daily support.
Unfortunately, on one of their non-scheduled days, our grandmother fell and broke her hip and fractured her back. She was rushed to the ER. After running all of the tests the doctor recommended that we get her home immediately due to her condition. When we called RHC, she was there within the hour helping us navigate this difficult time. She immediately was able to provide a contact for a great Hospice Company and because of her connection we received all the necessary items (hospital bed, oxygen, nursing help etc.) within hours to help prepare our grandmother’s return from the hospital. As well as set-up 24-hour care for both our aunt and grandmother. Her staff met our needs on all levels.
During our relationship, RHC and her staff were incredibly caring, understanding and empathetic. They instantly made us feel comfortable and provided us with good advice. RHC’s team was very professional and accommodating during this time. RHC went out of her way to make sure we had the proper care, oftentimes, changing up scheduling to meet our family’s needs.
Unfortunately, our grandmother passed away a week after her fall. We were truly blessed to have RHC and her staff support our family during this time. We consider her and Reliable Home Care family to us.
